About Traza+

Transparency through citizen action

Traza+ is a citizen-driven education accountability and budget transparency platform. It lets ordinary citizens, trained champions, SBMCs, PTAs and CSOs monitor education service delivery school by school, while giving partners and government a clear analytical view of conditions and equity over time. We are launching in Oyo State and are built for all of Nigeria.

How it is built

Built for Nigeria's reality

Designed for the people who actually use it: parents, teachers, champions and girls, often on basic phones and patchy networks.

Mobile-first & low bandwidth

Works on modest phones and slow connections. Images are optimised and the interface stays light.

Anonymous & NDPR-compliant

Report without an account. Consent is captured, personal data is protected, and exact locations are never shown publicly.

Data for advocacy

Reports become public dashboards and shareable budget stories communities use to demand action.

The flow

From a single report to systemic change

1

Find a school

Search or filter the directory, or open the map and drill down to your community.

2

Report what you see

Answer simple indicator questions, rate the school and add photos. Location is geo-tagged to verify authenticity.

3

Drive accountability

Verified reports feed the public performance dashboard and budget stories for town halls and government.

Getting Girls Equal

Adolescent girls at the centre

Traza+ supports the GIRLsLEAD fellowship and the Getting Girls Equal agenda. Dedicated indicators track female teacher recruitment, menstrual hygiene facilities, scholarships and female STEM tracks, and the budget-story tools put advocacy in girls' own hands.
